Meet The Team

Veterinary Surgeon
Catherine Payne
After graduating in 1994 from the University of Bristol, Catherine moved to the Cotswolds and has never left.
Originally she worked as a mixed vet doing mostly horse and small animal work but having discovered her love of shelter medicine working for the Dogs Trust and Cats Protection she moved into small animals exclusively.
She is now in a lucky position to pursue a passion for cats by opening a cat only clinic for the Cotswold's fabulous felines.
When not at work she is kept busy running around after two teenage boys, an elderly, naughty labrador and an entitled hand-reared tabby cat.

Veterinary Surgeon
Annabel Jones
Annabel qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 2017 and has a particular passion for feline dentistry - think of her as our clinics very own cat tooth fairy!
Annabel started her career working alongside Catherine at a local Veterinary Hospital, first as a student and then as a colleague.
Outside of the clinic, Annabel enjoys travelling and keeping active with CrossFit.

Veterinary Nurse
Amelia Covey RVN
Amelia trained at Harper Adams University and qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2015. She has worked in a busy Veterinary Hospital for the last 6 years having started her career in a small town practice.
She has two spoilt tabby cats – Kiara who she rescued from one of her previous practices and Yoda. She loves all cats but is partial to a tabby.
When she’s not working she likes to spend time with her husband and son, bake, knit and crochet. Amelia is looking forward to welcoming all your gorgeous cats to the practice.

Veterinary Nurse
Megan Vallely RVN
Megan qualified In 2014 from Moreton Morrell College, after volunteering in a local cat rescue for several years! She has had a particular passion for cats since a young teenager and to be able to work exclusively with these majestic animals is a dream come true.
She has two beautiful felines at home called Cleo and Opie who she adores and is never happier than when she has them by my side.
In her free time she enjoys family life with her two small children and chihuahua.

Animal Care Assistant
Ashleigh Louth
Ashleigh has just completed an animal management level 3 course at Pershore College.
This is Ashleigh's first job in a veterinary practice, she would eventually like to become a Veterinary Nurse so is very keen to start working with us and get experience
In her spare time, she volunteers in a reptile rescue. She also likes reading and exploring new towns.
