Our
Services

CLINIC

Cotswold Cat Clinic is a small but fully equipped first opinion veterinary practice with purpose-built facilities for consultations, surgery, dentistry, x-ray and ultrasound designed around the needs of our patients.

MICROCHIPPING

We can check and implant microchips as it is now a legal requirement to have your cats microchipped

DENTAL CARE

Dental disease is unfortunately very common in cats and to this end we have invested in a Digital dental X-ray machine and dental suite with an iM3 dental unit. Having dental X-ray means we can identify issues that we may not be able to visualise below the gum line and can treat your cat appropriately.
Annabel Jones has a special interest in dentistry and visits us regularly to treat our feline patients

PURRFECTLY PAWSOME HEALTH PLAN

The Cotswold Cat Clinic provides a tailor-made health plan for your cats, based on their age and lifestyle. The plan includes annual core vaccinations against preventable infectious diseases and comprehensive parasite treatment dependent on your cats’ needs. It also includes unlimited consultations, microchipping, discount on neutering and dentals and depending on life-stage blood and urine tests.

SURGERY

We have a fully equipped surgical theatre for when your cat needs surgery. For complex cases we have a team of surgeons in soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery who can visit the clinic

KENNELS

We have specially designed cat kennels that meet the ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic Gold Standard. They are designed with comfort in mind. Our cattery and separate isolation ward also have dimmable lighting to keep your cats comfortable during their time with us

LAB

We have in-house laboratory machines which can run a wide range of blood and urine tests for rapid results. Any samples which need to be sent off site for analysis are couriered same day to our trusted lab partners

IMAGING

We have digital xray including dental which produce high quality, rapid images. We have ultrasound for routine cases and an external ultrasonographer for more complex cases

EMERGENCIES

Unfortunately, given our size and to make sure we can be available for you during the day, we are unable to offer 24/7 on-call services. That’s why we use our local out-of-hours provider, Vets Now Cheltenham and Worcester.
